Because safety isn't a policy — it's a promise. Every team member, no exceptions.
“We train like lives depend on it — because they do. Not just physical safety, but the safety to let go, to be present, to trust that someone competent is watching over the night.”
Service Standards
Certifications on paper only matter if they show up on the floor. Here's what our staff commits to — every event, every crew, no exceptions.
Refusal of Service Policy
Our staff will check IDs and refuse service to guests who are visibly intoxicated, underage, or attempting to purchase for someone who is. This isn't optional and it isn't negotiable. We tell hosts this up front so there are no surprises: the safety of your guests is not something we compromise, ever.
Guest Safety Comes First
Every staff member is trained in Basic Life Support (BLS) — we can act in a medical emergency, not just react. We watch the room, not just the bar. If a guest needs help getting home safely, we help. If a situation needs to slow down, we slow it down. Presence isn't just a word for us.
Training Before First Event
No one steps behind a bar for us without completing responsible-service and food-handling certification (TIPS, ServSafe) and shadowing a lead. We don't send junior staff to run your event solo. Ever.
On Time, Fully Prepared
Crew arrives with time to set up properly — never sprinting to start. Uniforms clean. Tools sharpened. Menu memorized. We don't improvise our way through your night; we prepare our way into it.
Presence, Not Just Attendance
Our staff are trained to read the room — to know when to be attentive and when to step back, when to make a joke and when to hold the space. The technical skills are the floor. The presence is the ceiling.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
A staff member calls out sick? We have backup. Equipment fails? We troubleshoot without disrupting your guests. A guest gets difficult? We handle it discreetly. You should never be pulled into an operational problem during your own event.
Our Answers
Every commitment below answers a specific, well-documented failure pattern in this industry. We publish each one only once it's operationally true.
How it usually goes
Tips vanish between client and crew.
Our answer
100% of gratuities go to the crew working your event. Policy in writing. Fundraisers and special tip rules: agreed in advance, followed exactly.
How it usually goes
The details you discussed don't happen.
Our answer
Every event gets a written run-of-show. The crew reads it before arrival. The toast happens because it's on the sheet.
How it usually goes
The quote isn't the price.
Our answer
Itemized quotes. The number we send is the number you pay unless the event changes.
How We Work — Legally & Practically
We provide professional bar and event staff. Alcohol is supplied by you or your venue — we do not sell or supply alcohol ourselves.
Every member of our team is trained to serve responsibly (TIPS certified). We check IDs and refuse service to intoxicated or underage guests, no exceptions — this protects your guests, your venue, and your event.
