Rigorous Training Standards
Every crew member holds four certifications before their first event: BarSmarts (Basic & Advanced), TIPS, ServSafe, and BLS. If you don't have them yet, we'll tell you exactly what to get and where — but you need to arrive with them.

How We Work Together
Contractor-first, growing toward staff
Right now: contract-first
Most opportunities today are 1099 independent contractor work — booked per event, paid per event, with the freedom to accept or decline the gigs that fit your life. You bring your own certifications, your own tools where relevant, and your own transportation.
Soon: W-2 roles where it makes sense
As we grow, we expect to bring on W-2 lead bartenders and event coordinators. These aren't hypothetical placeholders — we'll post real roles when they open. If you're specifically interested in W-2 work, tell us in your application and we'll keep you in mind when the roles land.
